Biography

Dr Daniel Bromage is Clinical Senior Lecturer at King’s College London and Honorary Consultant Cardiologist at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK. 

He completed a PhD at University College London in 2016, funded by the MRC, exploring stromal derived factor-1 in cardioprotection. He later held an NIHR Clinical Lectureship studying post-myocardial infarction remodelling, focusing on leucocyte recruitment. As an MRC Clinician Scientist Fellow, he investigated inflammation regulation after infarction using transcriptomic techniques. His research interests include heart failure, cardio-immunology and myocarditis.
